Combined therapy for contractures of the hand joints

Aim to study the effectiveness of combined treatment contractures proximal interphalangeal joint.
 Material and methods. The included 30 patients with a diagnosis post-traumatic mixed contracture joint. were divided into 3 groups. In first group, administered treatment, including arthrolysis joint, imposition dynamic distraction apparatus, injection hyaluronic acid preparations platelet-rich plasma. second group underwent joint application apparatus. third only arthrolysis.
 Results. results indicated all three methods treatment. However, in where was used, registered improvement angles function decrease pain significant, which ultimately led better functional indices hand shorter period.
